Hey there!!
So a little about me, I was born and raised in Washington DC and I now live just outside of the DC area. I graduated with a degree in Public Health, Sociology/Psychology and I am currently working as a Personal Trainer. Eventually I would love to go back to school and get my Masters in Nutrition!
My major passions are anything health, wellness and fitness related. I was vegan for 8 1/2 years, but over the past year have experimented with going back to being vegetarian and even introducing meat again. I’ve ultimately decided that plant based is definitely more my groove and I just feel better that way.
I am also a runner and am getting into doing ultras and triathlons, and eventually an Ironman!
I am a Certified Personal Trainer through ACE and I am frequently getting more certifications to build my brand and knowledge in health and fitness. Please check out my Services page to see what all I have to offer!
